- You may not disrespect our company, support team or customers.
- You may not request any kind of refund after 48 hours from your first payment.
- You may not create any chargeback or payment dispute; all refunds must be requested via support ticket.
- You are entirely responsible for any activity occurring through your account.
- You are entirely responsible for scheduling and managing your own backups using the Multicraft panel.
- Your service will be terminated after 20 days of non-payment. All files will be permanently deleted.
- By purchasing a Minecraft server from our website you are indicating agreement to the Minecraft End User License.
- We are not to be held responsible in the unlikely event of data loss.
- We hold the right to shut down our servers at any moment for maintenance or security issues.
- We hold the right to stop providing our service, without refund, for violation of our Terms of Service.
- You are subject to the laws of the country where your game server is located.
