Upon purchasing your server, you should receive an email containing your Multicraft login details. In case you didn't receive it, you can still read it from your client area by clicking on My Account, and then Email History. Anyway, whether you find your password or not, it doesn't really matter, as you can set a new one at any time, directly from the client area – just go to the Services page, click on the service name, and use the Set Multicraft Password button to create a new password.
