How to backup your Minecraft server

Our control panel offers two different backup methods: manual and automatic.

If you wish to manually backup your server, just do as follows:

Backups → Create Backup → Start Backup

If you prefer automatic backups, this is what you need to do:

  • Go to the Schedules tab and click on Create Schedule
  • Insert a name for this schedule and configure the timer
  • As an example, the following schedule will be performed every day at 8:30 AM UTC
Minute: 30 | Hour: 8 | Day of month: * | Month: * | Day of week: *
  • You can click on Show Cheatsheet for more configuration examples
  • After creating the schedule, click on it, and then on New Task
  • Under the Action menu, select Create Backup, then click on the Create Task button
